The Process

The process which all our used machines are put through is outlined below:

• 90 day full parts and labour warranty
• Pre Delivery Inspection check
• Repainted
• Independent Thorough Examination by Statutory Inspections Ltd

Service, to include:

• Engine service on IC machines
• Replace Engine Oil & Filter
• Replace Air Filter(s)
• Replace Spark plugs (LPG Machines)
• Replace Fuel Filter (Diesel Machines)
• Check transmission fluid oil level & adjust if required
• Check hydraulic oil level & adjust if required
• Check differential oil level & adjust if required
• Check engine coolant level & adjust if required
• Check Brake Fluid level & adjust if required

General Service on Electric machines to include:

• Check motors (brush wear & general condition)
• Check contactors (tip wear & general condition)
• Check hydraulic oil level & adjust if required
• Check differential oil level & adjust if required
• Check brake fluid level & adjust if required
• Repainted in our own custom paint facility
• Grease & Lubrication
• 2 hour road test with load (1 hour for pedestrian machines)
